Description: Come to one class or all. These radical transformation sessions will ask you to fully confront yourself in what it means to be human, to be authentic, to be conscious, to be vulnerable. You will become more clear and connected using my special methodology. (1) (in progress) “Truly Mending a Broken Heart ” Five-Week Series
Description: Diving deeply into matters of the heart, we will explore the body, mind and soul implications of a broken relationship, death of an individual or a beloved pet, professional heartbreak, or the sorrow felt from personal challenges ranging from physical loss to a failed dream. As human beings, our emotions are very complex. Taking the time to stop, look, listen and feel them with the guidance this class provides, gives participants the space and compassion needed to heal and move forward. NOTE – come with an open mind and willingness to discuss “heart” topics.

Description: Me, Kristie Leahy Comsia (E-RYT 500, degree in early childhood eduction) and local musician Zach Freidhof (20 album releases & Ex Dir of Big Love Network) are hosting this unique session for underserved populations via non-profits/schools. Not only are we there to show all that meditation, mindfulness and yoga are accessible to all ages, backgrounds and beliefs, this class is steeped in practices that ease anxiety/depression, increase flexibility, boost creativity and hope, enhance social emotional skills/connection. Clients include: Rebecca Stallman Southgate School, JFK High School in Cleveland, Miller South School for the Visual and Performing Arts, Greenwood Early Learning Center, Tiqvah Hands of Hope, Domestic Violence Project, Akron Children’s Hospital, Wheels 4 Change, Summit DD.

BELONG, a Gathering of Awesomeness:

Description: BELONG is a monthly gathering for those looking for something different… those who desire a non-judgmental, expansive, tangible connection that they can for feel themselves. This connection can be to God, to people, the earth, community. All ages, faiths, belief systems, backgrounds welcome. I will be the facilitator where each month we will focus on a different, bold topic. Examples: addiction, family, abuse, suicide, money, power, authority and love. Interviewing folks from the Just Be community and beyond, I will talk with those who have direct personal knowledge of the subject discussing how they are working through it from a human to a bigger picture perspective. There will be community dialogue, and it will end with a unique group meditation. No need to enroll… just show up.
